Data Manager Support - Getting Started

Becoming a Data Manager

You must be verified as a Data Manager in OEDS prior to having access to the Ready for Kindergarten Online System as a data manager. Once you are set up as Data Manager in OEDS, your account will be created for system access. Please contact Support if you are assigned the role of Data Manager after the start of the active school year. Click below for more information on how to update records in OEDS.

Update Records

New for 2024-2025

New Professional Development (PD) platform-
The PD platform within the KReady system, where teachers complete the required training and access supports and resources, has a new enhanced look and functionality. Teachers will still need a KReady account to access this platform within the system.

New User Assessment Tag functionality-
This change allows data managers to “tag” teachers and administrators with a designation within their account. A KReady user with the KRA assessment tag will be granted access to the KRA modules/sites within the new PD platform. Without the tag, users will not have access to the PD platform.
