This report shows an individual student’s progress for each SKB by showing up to the 3 most recent ratings along with any comments associated with the most recent rating.
View each child’s profile by selecting a child’s name on the “Overview” page. Under the student demographic info box, use the “Assessment Ratings” dropdown to select “Report” (the default setting is “list”).
1. To pull the report, click on your current ELA data collection.

2. On the Overview page, you will see a list of your students. You can click the student(s) name or click in the box of the “Total Items”. You will see a breakdown of all of the SKBs for that student.

3. Under Demographic Info, there is Assessment Ratings – Select the drop-down arrow and click Report. You can create the report with what you want. To do this, select Report Settings on the right side; then select SHOW next to items you would like to see on that report for that particular student, then click Close.

4. The information you select appears for the student. To print the print, select “Print Item Report”. This will then Download the Student Assessment Ratings Report as a PDF that you can now save to your computer and/or print out. This can be used for each student.

Use this customizable report to share with families. Use the Report Settings to select a few SKBs to highlight and discuss.
