Reloading Your Data – ELA

This provides guidance for data managers that need to re-load user and student data for a new Early Learning Assessment window.

Enrollments must be loaded for each data collection in which scores are entered and/or reported. Each data collection has its own token that corresponds to that specific assessment window.

1. A new enrollment file with the current Data Collection Token must be uploaded even if teachers and students have not changed.
2. If there are additions or changes to students and/or teachers, a new student or teacher file will need to be loaded prior to the enrollment file.

*NOTE: User information must be updated manually prior to uploading the teacher file in the bulk loader to avoid duplicating accounts. (i.e., name or email changes)
