Accessing the Learning Progressions Report

The Accessing the Learning Progressions Report is a Microsoft Excel file of the files uploaded into the KReady system via bulk loader for the teacher, student and enrollment files. This document provides an overview and guidance information for data managers on accessing the report in the KReady online system

Accessing the Learning Progressions Report (52 secs)

1. Select the drop-down arrow next to Create a Report and select ELA Learning Progressions Report (For EMIS)

2. Select a Download Type: Teacher, Student or Enrollments from the drop-down arrow.

Select the Data Collection and District for student and enrollment reports this provides results for each building
and ELA students attached.
Filter by POA – is automatically checked by default.
- When checked, only students whose POA is with the data manager or building administrator’s location/district will show on the report
- When unchecked, the data manager or building administrator will see all students that have been uploaded by the district, regardless of the student’s POA. This option is intended for situations where students are reported by two organizations
Select a District – this provides results for each building and ELA students attached.
Select a Region – select the appropriate region (if you have multiple districts and you would like to view all the districts in one report)

3. Your report will appear in the “Requested Reports” list. Click download to access the report
