Building Administrators (also know as Location Administrators) are added to the Ready for Kindergarten Online System by the district/organization assessment/data manager. Building administrators should contact the data manager for their district/organization for access. The Help Desk can assist with this if there is difficulty in gaining access.
The Office of Early Learning and School Readiness hosted a webinar for kindergarten administrators, test coordinators and data managers. This webinar is designed for principals and other administrators who will be involved in coordinating or supporting the implementation of the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment Revised (KRA-R) in 2022. This recording provides details about the changes in the administration timeline, your role in KRA-R implementation and how you can support teachers as they administer the assessment. The webinar also provides guidance on who can administer the assessment and information about trainings for data managers, administrators and teachers. There are also representatives from other department areas presenting on the Third Grade Reading Guarantee and Ohio’s English Language Proficiency Screener.
