With the opening of the 3rd Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) Form 471 filing window on April 28th, Lorrie Germann, State E-Rate Coordinator on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education, will conduct training sessions that will provide information/rules for this new round of ECF and a step-by-step walk-through of the ECF Form 471 application. In addition, we will discuss lessons learned from Rounds 1 and 2. Both AM and PM sessions have been scheduled that will hopefully accommodate most of you and is appropriate for both school and library applicants. Each session should last approximately 2.5 hours.
