ARP EANS II Pre-Application

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act set aside an additional 2.75 billion dollars for an Emergency Assistance to Nonpublic Schools (EANS II) program. Ohio’s EANS II award is $155,190,488. EANS II services to nonpublic schools must be based on a “significant percentage” of students from low-income families to be eligible to receive services. Nonpublic schools, both chartered and non-chartered, non-tax schools may be eligible to apply.

Ohio will be using the National School Lunch program data and E-Rate data to determine the significant poverty percentage. We do not have this data from your school. If your nonpublic school wishes to participate in EANS II, please complete the following survey by October 8, 2021:
