The Restraint and Seclusion district information report includes whether you have board-approved polices and procedures as well as staff training for crisis management and de-escalation techniques. The second part includes submitting data about your school climate surveying that might have occurred during School Year 2023-2024.

Restraint and Seclusion district information and school building reporting for School Year School Year 2023-2024 is available starting June 3, 2024 and is due by August 2, 2024.
